Birds from an Invisible Island

The new book of the most outstanding modern Ukrainian prose master includes three philosophical novellas with adventure and fantasy fiction plots (so called philosophical detective stories, which is the genre more familiar to western European literature than to the Ukrainian one).
The book is crowned by “A Small Evening Intermezzo”, which represents an example of a story combining humorous and fantasy fiction plots.
The novellas “Birds from an invisible island” and “The beginning of horror” have been staged in the theatres of Kyiv and Lviv.
